退换货制度

退换款政策

方法:

1.如果您的订单需要办理退换货,请您务必先通过电话与Justgrapes客服中心联系,Justgrapes将联系快递公司上门取货。

2.我们会在您与客服联系后上门为您办理退换货。

1)请将需退换的商品、原包装内的商品发货单及发票(如果有),交给上门取货的快递员,如发货单及发票(如果有)未随货物一并返还,可能造成我们无法或者延误为您办理退换货,敬请谅解 。

2)我们收到您的包裹后,会对您退回的商品进行质检,然后根据您的要求进行退换货操作。

若办理换货,我们会在收到您的包裹48小时内,将您需要的商品发出,若您需要的商品缺货,我们会在第一时间联系您,经您同意的情况下更换为其它商品或根据您的要求,进行退货处理。

若办理退货,退款会使用您原订单的支付方式进行退回,支付现金的订单可选择邮政汇款或银行转账退款。采用这两种方式退款到达您的帐户会需要一定的时间,银行转帐会根据不同银行间跨行转账的到账期而不同,邮局汇款则可能因邮局地域之间差异而不同。

 

3.因商品质量问题(非人为损坏)造成的退、换货,Justgrapes承担您邮寄或快递费用。

 

 

商品验货

自客户签收商品之日起7日内,商品在未经开启,无人为破损的情况下,如您对我们的商品不满意,我们将提供退换货的服务。

 

特殊说明:

1.退货发生时,由于客户原因造成的退货,我们只退回商品的货款金额,原订单如有相应运费(以Justgrapes当时运费为准),恕不退还;如因Justgrapes原因或商品质量问题而造成的退货,Justgrapes将退还您商品的货款金额及相应运费。

2.套装商品不可部分退货。

3.订单中有赠品,需将赠品一同退回。如赠品一经拆包或使用,则订单商品只换不退。如有不便,敬请谅解。

4.退货需要退回发票及商品发货单,请于购买商品后妥善保管购物发票及商品发货单,如因客户原因无法退回发票或商品发货单的,将可能导致无法进行退货。

5.通常情况下,一张订单只能进行一次退换货操作,所以为了确保您的权益,请您考虑周全后与我们联系。

6.图片及信息仅供参照,商品将以实物为准。因拍摄灯光及不同显示器色差等问题可能造成商品图片与实物有一定色差,不属质量问题。

 

Inspect Products Delivered to You

 If you see any damaged labels or bottles, you must call our customer service before signing the delivery confirmation slip.

 Within 7 days of delivery, as long as the products have not been opened or damaged, we will return or exchange the products if you are not satisfied with the products. If the wine you purchased from JustGrapes is “corked” or spoiled, you may also request return or exchange as long as 90% of the bottle’s content remains in the bottle and nothing was put into the bottle.

 

Special Reminder:

1. When processing a return, if the return is not because of damaged or spoiled product, we can only refund the purchase price of the product. The delivery cost cannot be refunded. Otherwise, if the return is due to JustGrapes’ product quality, we will refund the entire payment including the delivery costs.

2.You may not return part of a product set.

3.If there the purchase comes with a gift, the gift must be returned as delivered before it has been used or taken out of its original package. If the gift packaging has been disturbed in any way, we cannot process your return. If this causes any inconveniences, please understand our position.

 

4.Please return both fapiao and delivery invoice along with the product you ordered. Please keep the original your purchase fapiao and delivery invoice. If for any reason you cannot return both fapiao and delivery invoice, we may not be able to process your return request.

 

5.In most cases, we can only process one return for each delivery invoice. For your benefit, please carefully consider all the products you need to return before calling us.

 

6.Our photos and information may not match the product you have ordered exactly. Factors such as lighting, contrast and color display can cause the photo to look different from the actual product, this is not indicative of any product quality issues.
