如何付款? 

我们为您提供多种结算方式,您可以根据自身情况选择方便的方式支付货款:

货到付款:Justgrapes 配送员送货上门,客户收单验货后,直接将货款交给快递公司的工作人员。

网银在线:指直接使用您的银行帐号或卡号进行网上在线付款,您的银行卡需开通网上银行支付的服务才能使用此种支付方式

邮局汇款:指客户将货款通过邮政部门汇到Justgrapes 的结算方式

配送费如何收取? 

订单购物金额满500元可免除配送费 上海地区配送费用15元/单

 

订单生成后我需要多长时间内支付? 

选择网银在线支付、邮局汇款时,如果在以下规定时间内未收到您的款项,系统将自动取消订单。

网上支付:等待1天

邮局汇款:等待7天

 

Justgrapes的送货方式有哪几种? 

Justgrapes的送货方式有两种:快递送货上门和款到快递

 

我已经申请了退换货,你们快递什么时间上门来取货? 

目前,我们在上海地区开通了上门取货办理退换货的服务。您通过我们的帮助中心进行电话申请后, 1-2 天内配送人员会上门去取货,商品到库房后需要 1-2天的质检时间。质检完成后,会及时为您安排换货发货或办理退款。

 

如何获得发票? 

获得发票的方式:

(1) 电话订购时,确认好所需要的产品后,请将您的发票抬头提供给销售人员,发票将另外邮寄给到。

(2) 如您在网站订购,请在提交订单前在 “ 您是否需要开具发票 ” 处选择 “ 是 ” ,并填写发票抬头。发票将另外邮寄给到。

说明:

(1) Justgrapes 提供的发票为普通餐饮发票,此发票可用作单位报销使用。

(2) 一张订单对应一张发票,发票将在您收到商品后七个工作日后。以挂号信方式寄出,如遇春节、国庆等长假,将适当延后。

(3) 配送费金额不包含在订单发票金额中。

 

如果收到商品不满意怎么办?是否可办理退换?

自客户签收商品之日起7日内,商品在未经开启,无人为破损的情况下,如您对我们的商品不满意,我们将提供退换货的服务。

特殊说明:

1.退货发生时,由于客户原因造成的退货,运费由会员自行承担(以Justgrapes当时运费为准);如因Justgrapes原因或商品质量问题而造成的退货,Justgrapes将退还您商品的货款金额及相应运费。 运费标准为上海地区:15元/瓶 上海以外地区 30元/瓶。

2.套装商品不可部分退货。

3.订单中有赠品,需将赠品一同退回。如特惠品一经拆包或使用,则订单商品只换不退。如有不便,敬请谅解。

4.退货需要退回发票及商品发货单,请于购买商品后妥善保管购物发票及商品发货单,如因客户原因无法退回发票或商品发货单的,将可能导致无法进行退货。

5.通常情况下,一张订单只能进行一次退换货操作,所以为了确保您的权益,请您考虑周全后与我们联系。

6.图片及信息仅供参照,商品将以实物为准。因拍摄灯光及不同显示器色差等问题可能造成商品图片与实物有一定色差,不属质量问题。

 

如何办理退款

如您需办理退回,请联系我们的帮助中心,经客服工作人员核实后会为您办理退款,以下为退款方式及时间:

(1)银行转账: 需提供您的银行帐户信息(开户行与支行、开户名、帐号)

正常退款周期:3—5个工作日

(2)邮局退款: 需提供您的邮汇信息(收款人姓名、地址、邮编)

正常退款周期:7—15个工作日

 

如何获得发票?

补发票说明

1、发票可以补30天之内订购的订单。

2、补开发票需提供“Justgrapes发货单”或详细的订购信息。

3、请您提供正确的地址,我们会在补开发票后以挂号信方式为您寄出,同时会通过短信或邮件形式告知您,请您注意查收。

4、收到发票后如发现发票抬头、内容或金额等与您下订单时所填写的项目不符,请先与客服中心联系确认后,将原发票退回Justgrapes才予以重开。您可将发票寄至以下地址: 上海市静安区大沽路462号  邮编:200041

Which cities can pay Cash on Delivery? How long will it take to receive the wine I ordered?

JustGrapes has COD in Shanghai but would like to encourage all customers, from Shanghai or other cities, to use the Bank Branch Transfer method.

Because you have ordered products that are fragile, Chinese government does not allow air shipment. we will arrange proper ground transportation to your specified address with the following expected delivery time: Shanghai 1 to 2 days, Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces 2 to 4 days, other cities and provinces 3 to 5 days.

 

 How do I make a purchase?

You may order by calling us at our Sales Center 021-54046505 or through our website.

 

How do I pay?

You may pay us using any one of the following methods:

COD (Cash on Delivery): JsutGrapes delivers the product to your door. You examine the products, sign the delivery invoice and pay the delivery staff.

UnionPay: you may enter your bank account number or card number online directly. Please make sure your bank account can handle such a payment service before using UnionPay.

PayPal

 

How much delivery fees do I pay?

Shanghai area, free delivery for all orders above RMB500. Otherwise, RMB15 per order regardless the number of bottles.

Other cities: free delivery for all orders above RMB800. Otherwise, RMB30 per order regardless the number of bottles.

 

How soon do I have to pay after the order has been placed?

When you choose to pay online or through the Post Office, our system may automatically cancel your order if we do not receive your money within the following periods.

 Online payment: waiting period of 1 day

 Post Office payment: waiting period of 7 days

 

How many different ways will my order be delivered to me?

JustGrapes has 2 delivery methods: COD or delivery of our product to your door via Post Office

 

I have already requested return or replacement of some of my products. When will your personnel come for the pick up?

At this juncture, we have pick up service in Shanghai. After you have discussed with our Customer Service Center regarding your request, we will come to pick up the product from you within 1 to 2 days. We need another 1 to 2 days after we receive the product. Once we examine the quality of the product, we will do our best to process your return or replacement request in a timely manner. How do I request a “Fapiao”?

If you are placing the order by phone, please instruct JustGrapes call center staff the “title” you want appear on the “fapiao”. We will send the “fapiao” by mail separate from the delivery of your product. Please click on the following link (www.justgrapes.cn/…    ) to better understand our “Fapiao Policy”.

 

2、If you are placing the order via the Internet, please select “Yes” for the item “Do you need a “fapiao”?” and type the “title” you want appear on the fapiao.

 Clarifications:

  •  JustGrapes provides a common food and beverage fapiao which can be used for your business reimbursement.
  • Each order generates one corresponding fapiao.
  • Delivery fees, if any, are not included in the fapiao amount.

 

 What if I’m not completely satisfied or changed my mind with the purchase? Can I return or replace the product?

Within 7 days of delivery, as long as the products have not been opened or damaged, we will return or exchange the products if you are not satisfied with the products. If the wine you purchased from JustGrapes is “corked” or spoiled, you may also request return or exchange as long as 90% of the bottle’s content remains in the bottle and nothing was put into the bottle.

 

特殊说明:

1.When processing a return, if the return is not because of damaged or spoiled product, we can only refund the purchase price of the product. The delivery cost cannot be refunded. Otherwise, if the return is due to JustGrapes’ product quality, we will refund the entire payment including the delivery costs. Standard delivery costs are RMB15/order for Shanghai and RMB25/order for cities outside of Shanghai.

2.You may not return part of a product set.

3.If there the purchase comes with a gift, the gift must be returned as delivered before it has been used or taken out of its original package. If the gift packaging has been disturbed in any way, we cannot process your return. If this causes any inconveniences, please understand our position.

 

4.Please return both fapiao and delivery invoice along with the product you ordered. Please keep the original your purchase fapiao and delivery invoice. If for any reason you cannot return both fapiao and delivery invoice, we may not be able to process your return request.

 

5.In most cases, we can only process one return for each delivery invoice. For your benefit, please carefully consider all the products you need to return before calling us.

 

6.Our photos and information may not match the product you have ordered exactly. Factors such as lighting, contrast and color display can cause the photo to look different from the actual product, this is not indicative of any product quality issues.

 

How do I get a refund for my purchase?

If you need to request a refund, please call our Customer Service Center and our staff will help you finding a solution and process your order.

 

(1)Bank Branch Transfer: You need to provide us your bank account information. Normally, it will take 3 to 5 work days to process the refund.

 

(2)Post Office Refund: You need to provide us your name, address and postal zip code.

Normal refund period: 7 to 15 work days.
